After waiting three weeks for my car to be repaired, I finally went to pick it up. The repair was supposed to fix the convertible roof. The whole process was longer than we thought, but victor worked hard to get everything that we wanted. Great guy!!!!! I will come back because of him. Thanks 🙌🙌
Lesson learned - DON't buy GM, and especially DONT't buy from AUTONATION !!! SO, when me and my wife puchased our Suburban, I was sold an "Autonation Service Plan - extended warranty for thousands of dollars, now that I am in for warranty repairs, out of 5 items they can only diagnose 2, and out of those 2 ( bad rear wiper and a bad radio screen) they are taking literally 2 weeks just to diagnose (when it was obvious the it was not working)- now my vehicle is still waiting for some additional inspections / reports, for what ... read more
