Brought my Chevy here because it overheated and I had basically no where else to take it to as I just got the car. Took them 3 days to get started on the work for a leaking coolant system (what kind of dealer doesn't have service open on Saturdays!?) and 2 days to finish. They never gave me any kind of status calls to let me know what was happening until it was ready. I had to be the one to call.
