This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I have had an issue with my car since February. I call, I email, I go there, I do everything short of smoke signals and they never answer me. My car has been there since Sunday night, they won't answer the phone, emails and when I leave messages they don't call me back. The front desk isn't very helpful either telling me more than once "they won't answer the phone." Don't go here because they are close, it's not worth it. *BUYER BEWARE* This location listed a car online that I talked to a salesman about for MSRP. The salesman texted me pictures of the window sticker, video of the car showing the VIN# and pricing. I agree to pay full sticker, proceeded to purchase online, gave all my information my credit was ran (over 800FICA) everything’s approved. I set my delivery time. My vehicle broke down and caught a small fire 7 days ago. I got it towed to AutoNation of Laurel because when I called I was told that they would look at it right away. After 24 hours I called and was told that no one has looked at it yet. The second day I called, I was told the same. Late that afternoon a manager called me and said that nothing was wrong with my vehicle and that they let it run for 25 minutes without any issue. Went in for an ECM reprogramming on an older sports car and staff were very professional and thorough in diagnosing even a problem that I didn't even list originally. left with car running better than it has in years. — in Laurel, Maryland.
