I had my truck in there the other day and had the lower ball joints done, an alignment, transmission service, rotation and balance, and an oil change. The alignment was messed up and upon further inspection the balance had not been done but was charged for. I am not very happy or satisfied, not to mention confident in the workmanship that was done.
