The process wasn’t too bad nor did I have to be in the dealership for hours on end. Vehicle runs nicely, despite 1 minor issue(which they are willing to assist with)with great features. Only issue was that my suv was not ready when I signed and had to return days later for pickup. Great guest services,make sure you ask for HARVIN M. He will literally assist you on his off days! Oh and Mr. Ricardo is super easy to talk to and explain anything to you. Definitely recommend them

Heads up if you buy from here that there’s a chance you won’t even be able to take your vehicle home and will get the run around from your sales guy (Joel) about when the vehicle will be ready. Bought the truck Saturday but couldn’t take it home. Was told it might be ready Monday but for sure Tuesday (today). All necessary parts were in stock, it was just a matter of service doing the work.
