AutoNation was professional, friendly, fast, and fair. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful and we were treated with respect and kindness.
Everyone was kind and courteous. Environment was clean and hospitable. Welcoming Environment overall. The only bad part was we did have a long wait. Not sure if its like this everytime but overall I trust them to care for my vehicle.
I was looking for an electric vehicle for a long time, and Laquiar Foster helped me with the entire process for the vehicle I liked. Overall, good treatment and an easy process. The car was given to me in good condition, with all inspections completed and it was super clean.

I would not recommend AutoNation Gilbert based on my experience. When I purchased my vehicle, I was reassured that it had been thoroughly inspected and was ready to go. Less than a month after driving it, the vehicle broke down and left me stranded. To make matters worse, the dealership had incorrect information on file with the warranty company, which delayed the repair process and left my vehicle sitting at the dealership for over a month and did not offer another form of reimbursement or transportation.
