Wish I could give zero stars. My family has now tried to have two vehicles purchased at this particular Autonation serviced there using the warranties that we purchased at the time and both instances the dealership has been unable to perform the most basic of repairs and in one of our instances, couldn’t even find anyone to work on that type of vehicle. Hey guys, if people are going to wait in your waiting area, and you have TVs, then have them on so they can be watched. 2 hours of waiting and you can't allow this for customers? And then to tell me it's set by corporate. I don't believe it.
