This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership. Unfortunately it will be my last. I have had problems since I bought the car with dishonestly and poor customer service. They were dishonest in finance when selling me extra warranty’s and to “fix it” they were supposed to give me an oil change package. They never followed through with submitting this so each time I went in for the oil change I had to explain what happened. Absolutely the worst dealership to do business with. We bought our vehicle from the Bell rd store. We had issues with our vehicle since day one and it took 5 months to get it resolved. Somehow the one manager I needed to get a hold of doesn’t have a phone. Email only, and he never once replied. I had to call corporate and hunt down phone numbers to get the right person to finally fix our vehicle. I probably made 50-60 phone calls and 10-15 emails to get anywhere.
Mark took care of my oil change and tire rotations was happy with the services received and also another shout out to Bonita thank you again. Still loving my Chevy

The vehicle purchasing experience here was wonderful! The no haggling part was the best and I've never experienced a more relaxed, stress free vehicle purchase ever! Thank you AutoNation! Update: After we got home and drove the van for one day the windshield washer fluid didn't come out. After looking at the tank, I could see that the fluid was just leaking out somewhere underneath.
