My first service on my Cadillac went very well. I was greeted quickly with a smile by Tenison. Shortly later Josh touched base and outlined the basic first service details and time to complete. During my wait I visited with my all star salesman Jack Kelly who is always a pleasure to chat with. I also got a chance for a brief chat with the GM John Delisa. My car was completed on time and Josh did a very nice job. As comfortable as car servicing can be! Well done!
Absolutely the worst after sales customer service I have ever received. Service department is a real joke. I've had a way better experience at Hyundai and Genesis for a fraction of the cost. We were given a subpar rental car for 2 weeks only 1 week after purchasing a $146k vehicle. Several promises were made and nevermind kept. It is also impossible to reach the service department by phone, you just wait on hold for about 30 minutes and the call disconnects. Stare clear of this dealership.
I couldn’t be happier with my BMW X6. The service, and their help getting my financing. I would recommend this place.
Recently I brought in my 2014 Cadillac Escalade for a 27 point free inspection. Mark Castro is my service representative. After a 2 hour wait I was told my car was ready. I was awaiting a dire diagnosis…They found nothing wrong with it!!! Except the tires were dry rotting from age, not tread. He gave me a price and said he would price match.
