My service advisor Eden and service manager Rob were both fantastic. My problem was located and resolved within a very reasonable amount of time.
I drove my 2018 Escalade to Auto Nation Cadillac in West Palm last Monday with a driver window problem. I met with Eden the service agent. She was very pleasant. When I left she promised to reach out to me. Within 4 hours I got a phone call from her to tell me they found the problem and the next morning Eden called again and said my vehicle will be ready for me to pick up by noon. They washed my Escalade and the window was perfect. Thanks to Eden and Auto Nation Cadillac for the excellent service.
Took my Caddy in for service in February 2026. Service went fine. But then I had a question. I called 5 times, could never reach the Service Advisor. Left numerous voice messages asking for a call back to service advisor and the service supervisor. I never got a single call back. So I won’t be returning to Autonation WPB Cadillac Service Dept.
I bought a new 2025 CT5 on 12/28/25. Two days after purchasing my Cadillac the engine light came. Getting them to fix my car was a nightmare. The service department took two weeks to fix the problem. They refused to give me another Cadillac. I am a proud Cadillac owner for 20 years. I had five different models during that time. This the first that I have bought from Auto Nation Cadillac in West Palm Beach. I will never again visit there. Charles A.
I will bring me vehicle back even tho it broke down on me on my way to work. The things that were fixed was great and but it was my alternator that needed to be replaced. I also needed a new battery with i did get. I honestly am not upset about this situation because I was afraid of how much it would cost to have it done at the cadillac dealership. Thank you again Michael i will return
