The worst experience with a warranty claim thanks to the After Sales Director named Robert Lanier. It all started when our 2022 Cadillac XT6 350T showed the check engine light, I took the car to AutoNation Cadillac because it’s under warranty. When Jason took the vehicle the only issue was a check engine light however I pointed out that the far back speakers were not working and that the passenger door outside trim had a pealing going on.
