If I could give a ZERO then I would. I was in the service area dropping my car off when I CLEARLY watched the service associate put a customer on hold, then pick the phone up and LIE that he “just spoke to the tech” when he didn’t. Also, I have a brand new car that I spent over 50,000$ and there is wharping on the steering wheel. Cadillac/GM is stating this is “user error” and will not replace. Jen was fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable.
They took excellent care of my xt4 and me when i came in for service and a tire problem.They took me home and picked me up when it was done. They even sent me a video of the mechanic working on my car. I highly recommend Auto Nation.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Every one was pleasant and helpful. Good coffee, too. Thank you for putting up with our dog Cooper. The XT5 is OK, too.
