Did it again. Went to get an oil change, it took two hour but was back on the road after. I do have something else to share though… Employees are excellent and professional. I do not like Auto Nation policies about sequestering vehicles until the Technicians are ready. The customer's time without their vehicle should also be held to a high priority. Fire Anna it's been 2 weeks and we still haven't gotten our car. She doesn't care about anything. She also teased us when we said we needed the car in San Antonio. Shes been rude we've been asking her when were going to get our car back and she said she will call us and it's been 1 week. We told her we need the care done by Friday to pick up my daughter and it's still not done. There fixing one window it shouldn't take 3 weeks. Were paying you to fix the car not keep it forever.

At the present time I would not take my Escalade anywhere else to get serviced. They do an excellent job.

I went to this dealership for the first service recommended for a Cadillac and was very disappointed with the level of customer service that I received. I went to pick up my car and the service agent treated me differently than the man in front of me. He did not explain what was done to my car or what they found that needed to be addressed. He asked if i saw my car in the lot. I told him yes and then he printed documents and gave me my key. He did not have a porter bring my car to me. I had to walk out into their lot to get ... read more
