1 预约时间排队超长 2引擎灯亮了，maintain时间也到了，就把车drop off. 结果先换了机油再诊断出来要换oil pump，硬charge了maintainence费. 3 长期hang住维修进度，不更新信息，也一直说没有loaner，让我天天打uber上下班 4 给到小厂诊断，说机油少了，要给我加机油. 4.5quart. 标准量是5.5quart. 说明保养服务是不到位的 5 诊断结果说是不用换oil pump。。。真的坑 6
