I pulled up for my 7:30am appointment & Luis came right out and greeted me. He was super, Listened to me about the issue I was having with my car. He got me all checked in & got me a ride home. He kept me informed during the day & let me know that a part had to be ordered & was took if they kept my car overnight? And they would have it fixed the next day. Had such a great experience buying our Acura at Stevens Creek Acura. Jahan made our appointment and was on time, very thorough and answered all of our questions! The process was so smooth and our finance guy was very quick and thorough as well. He was so organized, explained all of our options and we were in and out in record time. Took two hours from test drive to driving home! We love our new Acura and are so happy with the whole purchasing process. What a great team over there at Stevens Creek Acura!
My car buying experience was ok initially but they sold me a car without a front license plate which is illegal in California even when you have tags. That said, after finding out about the mixup they quickly corrected the problem making me a completely happy customer. A special thanks to my sales representative Jay; I would buy from them again.
