Diego is a wonderful technical advisor and he followed the services closely and committed on schedule. He is friendly and a great listener. The only unfortunate things not getting 5 stars satisfaction are the ordered parts took a week to arrive, and there is no courtesy car available while waiting for the service to complete unlike years before.
