Finance manager Precious did not return messages, and was deceptive, lied about processing my car's tag and tittle , that 3 months have passed from the time I bought the car I still don't have my tags. I purchased a used car from this dealership back in February, and as of today, I still have not received my permanent license plates, despite being promised they would be provided. My temporary tags are set to expire in less than six days, and this issue remains unresolved. This dealership is a mess, i purchased a used vehicle from these guys back in January, i purchased my vehicle and a month later $5,000 was added to my price that i was not aware of. Might i add that this is the month of April and i still have no received my license plates tags. I’ve had paper tags 3 times since i’ve purchased this vehicle and everytime i call to ask about my tags i get “well give a call back in a couple of minutes, or your tags are in the mail.
