Time after time I get fantastic, personalized and caring service from Tony Hanes. The guy knows who I am, knows my two cars and lets me know what I really need to get done and what I do not. He, and the great service I have gotten from the team is the reason my wife and I keep coming back.

Ive been a customer of former Pikes Peak acura since 2010 so have seen many changes over the years. As with most business post covid , the quality of service has decreased due to less staff , no loaner cars anymore and a shuttle that won't go moe than 10 miles. Our 2021 Acura RDX A spec needed 2 new parts to fix the automatic tailgate . The first part was ordered but I was not contacted for over 6 weeks . My 2002 MDX required significant transmission work. Tony Hanes is a phenomenal service advisor! He helped me work out a cost effective strategy, while still keeping a high standard on the work his techs performed. He didn't cut corners on the scope of work, NOR did he try to gouge me on costs.
