I got my car diagnosed at automotor a few months ago. There was a weird burning smell and my brakes were squeaky. They diagnosed and fixed the problem based on their assessment, and assured me my brake pads were good. Now, 3 months later, the car moans loudly in reverse and burning smell is still there. Hands down the best service and prices. Especially for an economy car like my honda accord and civic. I've been coming to Automotor since 2010 from easy oil changes to more advanced repairs and even custom help (alternator install). They are always ready to help in a timely manner. Great service. Came in with a simple problem, two guys spent ten minutes on it, and they fixed it for free. I can't remember the last time someone fixed something on a car for free, so thanks! It was a good fix and probably better than the factory original.
