I got my car diagnosed at automotor a few months ago. There was a weird burning smell and my brakes were squeaky. They diagnosed and fixed the problem based on their assessment, and assured me my brake pads were good. Now, 3 months later, the car moans loudly in reverse and burning smell is still there. Great service. Came in with a simple problem, two guys spent ten minutes on it, and they fixed it for free. I can't remember the last time someone fixed something on a car for free, so thanks! It was a good fix and probably better than the factory original.
