Automotive works does excellent work and have some of the best mechanics. Several years ago I had transmission work done on my car and this company completed the work and I never had any issues going forward. I was given a 3 year/100,000 miles parts and labor warranty on the trans.The price was right and the work was explained to me in detail. They do good work, but they're kind of pushy, and they bad talk other shops. I was asking them a for a quote on a transmission repair and they instead of just telling me what they did, they told me all the reasons I shouldn't go elsewhere. Also, they wanted $300 more than Broadway wanted to fix my transmission, and they only wanted to put a 6 month warranty on it unless I paid more. So for general repair, I'd say they're safe enough, but that's it.
Rajesh and the guys do great work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car repair and maintenance work performed.
I have been taking my car for services at Automotive Works, for about 6 years. I like going there because they are very honest, they will tell me exactly what I need, nothing more, nothing less. I especially like that they never try to get over on me, being that I'm a female. They take care and pride in the work that they do. Rajesh and his mechanics are very detail-oriented, and will offer only necessary recommendations to keep my vehicle running efficiently.
I have been a customer at Automotive Works since 2004. These guys have always done a great job and have been very fair with their pricing. I took my 2001 Nissan Sentra in two months ago when my breaks were squeaking and they did a good job in taking care of it in a timely fashion.
