Recently had the 100K-mile service completed on my 2010 GMC 2500 truck. The work included mostly fluid exchanges (engine oil, coolant, transmission, etc.) along with a brake inspection. Overall, the service was very good, and Amber (service rep) was fantastic. She was professional, communicative, and kept me updated throughout the process. A few extra touches, such as vacuuming the interior or washing the exterior, would have pushed my rating to 5 stars. I really appreciate the honesty and assistance from Rick and the whole team. They were able to point me in the correct direction regarding the problems with my Mini Cooper. I even appreciated them bringing me back into the shop and explaining honestly work a previous shop didn't do correctly. They didn't even try to upsell me, their advice was honest and straightforward. I plan to keep them as my go-to shop. Thanks guys!

Damaged my vehicle, a bolt fell out after they performed work, and a worker bragged that he stepped on the gas. I have a BMW that I modify and work on myself, and of course I care about it. I don't hand my car to you to joyride it. I... read more

Clean shop; friendly, knowledgable service advisors; excellent mechanic (Cliff) who gave me a thorough tour of the undercarriage and bottom-end of engine; explaining potential issues. Men's restroom as clean as my home bathroom. First class waiting room and timely service work! Couldn't be more pleased. My first time there and definitely will be my go to for automotive service!

I checked with my local mechanic and wholesale this job would be about $1100. I called them back and asked them to meet me at a more reasonable rate which they did around $1800. I told them that was still a sizable retail mark up. They then cut it another $200 but my reasoning for calling them in the first place was because I was looking for a reputable m... read more
