Damaged my vehicle, a bolt fell out after they performed work, and a worker bragged that he stepped on the gas. I have a BMW that I modify and work on myself, and of course I care about it. I gave it to these guys to perform an alignment after installing new suspension, and they had it the entire day. A worker dropped me off, and when he came to pick me up me bragged to me that he stepped on the gas, the manager said "don't get any tickets" and that the guys "loved the handling". The minute you walk in the front door you will see how carefully organized the waiting area is maintained. Their staff keeps you updated on issues with your vehicle in a timely fashion. Also, if you glance through the window, you will see they are equipped with a very nice lift to work on your vehicle. No shade tree mechanics here. I recently had my transmission fluid completely flushed and replaced here, and the truck is now running smooth. The staff was professional throughout the process, and the cost was exactly what I expected with no surprises. I dropped the truck off the night before, and they took care of it the next day just as discussed. Overall, a straightforward and positive experience. I’d recommend them for quality automotive work.
