I can’t say enough good things about this shop! After spending over a year dealing with the Audi dealership and getting nowhere, Michael went above and beyond to get my SUV running better than it ever has. He was amazing — always texting me with updates, explaining everything clearly, and helping in every way possible. My motor had to be replaced, and he handled the whole process with such care and professionalism. I finally have peace of mind knowing my car is in great hands. Highly recommend Michael and the entire team!

My family comes here to service their vehicles, and when I asked my mom to make an appointment for me, I was squeezed in within a week. I was 5 minutes late because of traffic/construction and my spot was still held for me. It took a few hours before my car was ready for pick up, but I expected to have to wait. Nothing was recommended to me that wasn’t necessary, and there was no pressure to get everything done at once although I did decide to follow their recommendations.
