My family comes here to service their vehicles, and when I asked my mom to make an appointment for me, I was squeezed in within a week. I was 5 minutes late because of traffic/construction and my spot was still held for me. It took a few hours before my car was ready for pick up, but I expected to have to wait. Purchased tires from SimpleTire and had them shipped to this place with prepaid installation and an appointment. Upon arriving. I was told they couldn't do it today and it would have to be Thursday. Monday isbmy only day off, I explained, and I wad told they contacted SimpleTire to reschedule. Unfortunately no one informed me. I sent this place an email the same day as my order (April 7th) to confirm and no one replied.
