Purchased tires from SimpleTire and had them shipped to this place with prepaid installation and an appointment. Upon arriving. I was told they couldn't do it today and it would have to be Thursday. Monday isbmy only day off, I explained, and I wad told they contacted SimpleTire to reschedule. Unfortunately no one informed me. I sent this place an email the same day as my order (April 7th) to confirm and no one replied. Rear differential went out on my 2018 CTS. They worked with me on finding the part and car runs perfect
Do not ever go there I dropped my truck off with no dents or scratches came to pick it up and there was a dent and it was covered in scratches and a few of them where about a inch deep, look like it was done with a flat head or a knife they said they would be in touch with me about it and it’s been weeks and no one’s called or even tired to get a hold of me I’ve tired calling and no one answered
