Their diagnostic equipment is not up to date. I was charged over $220 extra than the price I was quoted by the owner, Stacy! 🙄 Terrible experience. I learned my lesson. I will never do business with them again or recommend them. If you need automotive work, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. God bless!
I had a nuisance rattling noise in my car after having new struts and some other work done at another shop. I wanted another opinion and took my car to Automotive Systems at the recommendation of my son, who has had work done there for many years, Rollie told me he thought the struts were defective and suggested I take it back to the shop that installed them to see if they would honor the warranty instead of having them replaced at his shop. Can’t recommend the shop enough, took my truck in to have a problem I thought I had, after inspection turns out I was just fine, saving me a lot of money.
Highway robbery. They charge double for parts, Do crappy work, and have horrible customer service.
