Honestly, I had a disappointing experience with Automotive Surgery. I was charged $445, including $80 for scanning and erasing fault codes, which did nothing to fix my vehicle. They also billed me $150 for an hour of labor, even though they didn’t work on my car for 30 minutes. After the service, my check engine and EPC lights are still on, and the issue remains unresolved. Very helpful and easy to deal with. I needed a pink slip and was told to come in straightaway. They did the check and changed a faulty light in no time, even saving me money from the typical price.
A good mechanic is worth their weight in gold. And these guys are really good. It can get a little busy sometimes as it's a little shop. But I definitely never have had any doubts about any of the work they have done.
Had a flat tyre and urgently needed a puncture repair. Mick was accomodating and was sorted in no time. High recommend.
