I took in my 78 Ford F250 to get rid of a big clunking sound when I turned or hit a bump in the road. Not only did they get rid of the big clunking sound but they also got rid of a lot of rattles I had come to expect from an older pickup. My experience is these people are not only thorough but operate with the highest integrity.
I'm Totally Satisfied! Great customer service; friendly, knowledgeable staff; quick on completing the work needed and at a fair price 😀 Tim took the time to discuss the problems that I'd been having and possible causes verses other places just telling you to bring it in and they would check it out. It's difficult to find anybody nowadays that will speak to an older woman in a manner that gives her credit for actually "knowing" her vehicle. I highly recommend this shop if you need work done on your vehicle.

I would recommend Automotive Super Center Kilgore to everyone. Tim and his staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable in their work. I have used them for many things and they always get the job done. They are very fast and efficient and are not their to just make the money. They genuinely care about their customers.
The young man that help me yesterday at the shop on Eastman Rd. restored my faith in customer service, I wish I'd gotten his name. Its been forever since someone in a public service position made me feel even remotely appreciated by the business they work for. He went above and beyond to meet my busy schedule and explain in depth the repairs made. Thank you so much.
