I recomend you not give your business to this place. I'm still on foot and now my mothers driveway is a disgrace. I wrote s post describing my entire experience and still my car sets leaking from one end to the other. Women are a easy mark . They will charge you big big bucks and your car like mine will be of no good to you. I have never been thru anything like this before and I want my car fixed right. I dont recommend them for repair work on older vehicles. Took truck in was given a diagnosis and a worse case scenario amount.Three days later after lots of playing guessing game, removed truck with same issues it went in with and a $379 bill( that was reduced).Removed because of lack of confidence, expense, repairs made didnt fix issues. Need to not except repairs that they don't have someone capable of fixing,not guessing at customers expense.
Automotive Super Center on 259 is a freaking joke! A few weeks ago while Justin was getting his oil changed they backed his truck into another vehicle. They promised to fix the damages, detail his truck, and black out his decals to make it right. They picked his truck up Tuesday evening to fix everything. He got it back today about 430PM. They fixed his tailgate, only TWO decals were done, his truck was filthy, and his low fuel light was on. I took my car to ASC at Eastman & 80 in Longview for an oil change. They drained the oil & changed the filter (I think), but did not put oil back in my car. A few months later, the thermostat went out. I went to ASC on Loop 281. After keeping my car for 2 days & charging me $400 in labor costs, I was stranded due to the fact that they did not tighten the battery cable. How hard can it be to make sure you do the job correctly??? Maybe their techs need more training??

Thanks for always taking such good care of my tires!!!! I went in to have a low tire checked & it had a nail. Technician check all tires & had 2 nails in another! 🙌
