Horrible place to take your car. being a worker. for napa i thought they were gonna help me fix my car that's all the guy to inspect to fix the problem that I have in my radiator they told me I have to pay $1,000 to inspect the car to find the problem i'm not a mechanic , but I inspected myself bought the parts in spend in total of $380 to get it, install a great mobile mechanic that I found excellent on time.Not like this place , dad says , opens at a certain time, but they don't i was also waiting for them to open Because ... read more
Great experience. Did oil change and brake fluids change there. They are friendly and professional.
Horrible customer service!!! I called about coolant issue the day before. I arrived this morning and the mechanic came out looked at the possible issue and then told me the manner would have to look at it to determine a solution. The person pulled up he told me and I could wait in the lobby. Before I could get out of the car, he then comes to tell me that that person would be leaving and not returning until a couple of hours. He then told me I will call someone else. I left. I learned a lesson. Stick with your trusted people... read more
