Cold evening and I'm stuck outside with my car not wanting to turn on. I have a gorgeous Mazda RX-8 and have been needing to find a trustworthy mechanic shop that knows all about it's rotary engine. Saturday evening and Pep Boys were the ones open. I had my car towed there and they were not able to get it started. Best Customer Service! – The team at J&C Automotive, especially John and Ray (at the front desk), are amazing; by far the best car-related customer service I've ever experienced. My family and I have been Ray's customers for over 10 years and we've all followed him around to many different Lamb's Automotive service centers in the past but are so glad Ray works at J&C Automotive now. Best Garage in a long long time! – I was picked up by Triton Towing and referred to this shop and I just would like to tell people they are just eons ahead of any other garage I have ever been to or even seen. CLEAN and well staffed it was amazing to see. All around a great experience. This type of garage and atmosphere is hard to find without going broke so I wanted to share with you all that I think this place is simply the best.

Miata Lockdown – JC Automotive Specialists is the way to go as far as Miatas are concerned. Just look at the pic on the homepage. 'Nuff said. I recently got stuck on a project I was feebly attempting to do myself. Ball joints. After calling and being respectfully told that an over-the-phone quote would not be accurate, I decided to have my car towed there. Oky so far, no car repair yet... – I had four brand new wheel rims and since they are certified tire-rack installer, I have them install it for me. They did a good job without damaging or scratching the new wheels. The installation was a bit pricy but reasonable compared to other tire shop. Overall, I was satisfied as a first time customer. I might take my chance to have my car repaired by this shop and I will certainly write a review.

Ladies Rest Assured These guys are the best. As a woman many shops try to treat like you dont know what you are talking about. NOT HERE. they explain everything in a manner I could understand gave me fast excellent service . The Family Auto Repair Shop DOES still exist... – I have been going to Automotive Specialist in Round Rock for over 3 years now and never fully appreciated what a great place they were until I stopped at one of those quickly oil change places. I was told by the oil change place that I had several things wrong with my car that were going to cost well over $500.
