For the amount of money y’all paid them it was a very sloppy job they and it wasn’t worth that amount of money for the sloppy work that they did on my car. They were just so wonderful - I spoke with Mike each time and he had the most respectful, most gentle and kindest voice, explaining things the way I could understand and helping me with my frustration with the rental car service, opting to speak to them on my behalf instead.
