I came here after going to my local dealer with a noise from my car. Dealer absolutely couldn't figure it out and finally I decided to try going to ASM. I arrived and explained the situation to the manager there and he said he was happy to take a look. He later told he he was confident he knew the issue but it was late that day so I came back another day. They dedicated three mechanics and after some trial an error quickly found the issue. Great place with a great staff and great prices
They charge more than what the actual time calls for ! And I hope they know that there is no tax on labor so stop trying to do so
Walked in and had a question about service, had my own parts and they had time, so they fit me in same day. Even put my car on the lift to check things out and confirm my questions. Great customer service!
Had an issue over the long weekend with my cooling system. Leak of unknown origin. I called around as soon as shops started opening up. First shop told me they wouldn't be able to get me in for a few days and diagnostic minimum was $120. Called ASM and got Tony. Tony and team got me in same day, showed me the issue, only charged a half hour labor + parts, and had my car back to me same day. $120 and an appointment is pretty standard honestly; 5 stars to the team at ASM for going well above standard and doing it with a smile.
