I can not tell y’all enough how grateful I am for Mike. After searching for a car for approx 3 weeks he was heaven sent. I felt uneasy when his website said it was by appointment only but since our first interaction I understood why. It gave the process a more personal feeling, I never felt pressured, and it allowed me to have his undivided attention without the interruption of other customers.
