Great service friendly team. Jobs always done fast and right
We had a spontaneous coolant leak in our Jeep whilst visiting Townsville this week and sought assistance from ARC who quickly diagnosed a broken hose in the middle of the engine. Whilst they are an extremely busy business they couldn't have been more obliging, squeezing us in within 48hrs to carry out the 9hr job to access and replace the hose. Great customer service and friendly staff! They performed a car service and some repairs quickly on my Ford Ranger. Plus, they were able to recommend a good crash repairer to get the dent out of my door and went out of their way to check his availability for me. Would highly recommend!
