Although they make great hardware, I have a hard time doing business with someone who hangs up on me just because it's an hour before the work day is over.
The best product on the market as far as hardware. Their customer service has been top notch so far as well.
Experienced a little hiccup with one of Arp’s head bolts in a LS kit. Customer service was super friendly and helpful. They even offered to send me a single replacement bolt.
Owner drives around in his lifted black Ford pickup like a jackass.
