We recently took our 2014 gmc acadia to automotive pros, and let me start with the customer service was great, Ivan greeted us very professional and attended to our need to get our Acadia looked at, on it's way to be fixed. Automotive pros removed our transmission and had it sent to be rebuilt in a timely manner. During the process Ivan contacted me with the updates as our vehicle was being prepared, they fixed our Acadia. It runs great, I highly recommend automotive pros. Respectfully Karl.
Very nice place to repair cars and reps are knowledgeable and very nice. I will always come back to them and recommend to everyone.
My experience was this. I came to this shop after googling shops that take have the new freon. The reviews looked promising so I went and paid for my AC to be diagnosed. They diagnosed it with a bad shredder valve. I came back a week or so later with the funds to have that repair done. After they replaced the valve they said it still isn't working properly and said it was a failing compressor.
