Terrible service! I had to wait a week to bring my car in because you guys are “so busy.” Then, it sat in your lot for nearly 3 weeks, and even though I called to check on it 3 times, it was never touched. Apparently your secretary didn’t put the work order in and claimed NO ONE noticed my car sitting there for weeks. I finally took my key back and picked up my car.
