My Husband took our 2000 Toyota Landcruiser here to get a part installed in September. 2021, only to find out a couple of days later when he was changing the oil that he was missing his Splash Guard. This was an original part that costs about $400. When he called to let them know it was missing, the shop told him they had it and to come in to have it reinstalled (as they forgot to put it back on).
