I brought my 2018 duramax to service the DEF (diesel exhaust fluid), but ended up having to replace all the glow plugs and two Nox sensors ($2000) first before doing the DEF. They never addressed the DEF, because they said they didn't have the tool smh, so I took the truck to another shop to find out they have to replace 1 Nox sensor and all glow plugs again. Now 3 weeks later they refuse to give me my money back for the faulty parts. They have excuses after excuses, DO NOT! have this shop work on your vehicle.
Great service, enjoyable to work with, quality product, booked out 3 to 4 weeks when I went in.
Ive never been disappointed taking my rigs here.
Brought a used cylinder head to get it machined, guy looked it over and said it didnt need decked. They could have just taken it in and done it and charged me $100 but his honesty saved me money. 10/10.
