I chose the automotive Group because other mechanics were renaming their selves as the best mechanics and they only work on American cars Matt foreign cars. The automotive Group did not fix anything on my car but they did give me some great advice about buying parts or even getting the vehicle at all. They really should focus on fixing on the other cars that they have their already. Nice people.
Had an oil leak in a 2005 Cadillac. Was told they had a north star engine specialist. Upon bringing my car in i was told he didn't want to work on the car because he didn't want oil on his bay floors. All they did was stress test the engine to confirm the oil leak (legitimately not needed as the spot where i park every day alongside the constantly dropping oil level confirmed plenty. Communication was not good at all. They tell you they’ll call you back and never do. Didn’t even call me back for services price quote and just did some of the work anyway. I see people put reasonable prices, but even if they take 5 mins to do something, they’ll charge you .5 of an hour ($145 per hour). Then if another thing takes 10 mins, another .5 of an hour. Which means they charged me $72.50 to replace a rear wiper blade and another $72.50 to change the 2 front wipers. And they did it without giving me a quote. And even... read more
A very trustable and honest business. It’s rare to have a shop advise you NOT to get certain unnecessary services. Dru and Que are extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this shop.
