My experience has been horrendous. Purchased a used 2021 Nissan Rogue, put down $6k. Drove off the lot and within a week my alternator was out. They ate that bill, then I had a coolant leak same day of its return to me that wasn't there before the alternator was serviced. Coolant leak was "repaired", then transmission went out. Service report stated the trans-axel assembly, transmission and rotors were replaced, as upon inspection there was metal shavings in them and was deteriorated.
