The shop has a problem in that it is overloaded with work. Takes a long time to get your car back. I've had two cars in there and was charged for things that weren't repaired. He also marked up some of the parts by 50%. I think he's a nice guy but not as good as some of the reviews said. Like I said he charged me for time he spent working on things but they still didn't work when he got through with it.
