Communication could improve 5 Star : Repair Quality My car looks great! 4.5 Star : Customer Service I was originally told that my car would most likely be done on Friday March 1st. It would have been really nice to have received a call from ACT to tell me that it wasn’t done. I hadn’t heard anything by Monday afternoon March 4th so I called them to learn that it was still not completed. Communication is always a good thing!
