The owner and employees are really polite and courteous but NEVER buy a vehicle here. Paid 2250 cash for a car that died in 87 days. Took it to a specialist who said that the car had a long term rod knock that was masked with thick oil. Tried to get ACE to help but no one returned any of my 13 calls. Suffolk is not the city for this type of service.
Had an oil change and state inspection today, service was fast!!!! Great job. I'll be back.
They fixed my truck after 7 months of trying to find out why it was shaking and im so happy it no longer does it they have my business for life
Quick shout out to Rod Greeno at Automotive Care Express for helping out one of my SFD coworkers w/an electrical problem. He called, asked me what he could do right away &, since I was stuck at my station in Holland, I told him to go see Greeno! Rod has never failed to be fair, honest or fast...I should know, I've worked with him off & on thru different points over our past 20+ yrs!!! Thanks again buddy, my friend was most impressed with the speed & courtesy he experienced.
It is the best automotive care business I ever been to they take the time to listen to you..there are very fare in the rates the charge. And the work is truly dependabe..everyone must try it once..you will never go any where else.
