I brought my car to two other places for an engine light and clunking noise before Automotivation. The first mechanic told me it was my catalytic converter, and tried to sell me on a new one for over a grand. I had a friend replace the converter.. light still on. Second mechanic said everything was fine and that I just needed to clear code for the engine light, and that the noise was likely from a damaged rack and pinion after selling me on a new engine mount as well.
