I recently bought a car from Larson at Automax in Franklin,Oh. From start to finish Larson was not only professional but went above and beyond any car salesman or car dealership I've ever dealt with. I bought a car from here and the sunroof cover was broke they said they'd fix it so I went ahead and bought it. Come to find out the only place that would fix it was too expensive so they said they would take the final price of the car down. I was in a crash and the car was paid off they ended up cheating me giving me only $500 and even that was a hassle to get i also had issues a year in with the car that was expensive to fix and the cars awd feature didnt work and they never told me that
This company doesn't even deserve 1 star but I wasn't able to give ZERO !!! This "business " is a complete FRAUD !!! I have tried to report them to the BBB and they are not even a reputable company to report, I have also filed a claim with the Ohio General's Office due to this " dealer" selling a vehicle with MAJOR STRUCTURAL FRAME DAMAGE and 3 weeks after I had this vehicle I was having engine trouble, took it into Ford for them to tell me the entire small block needs replaced over $7000.00 in damage!
