I ended up not buying the car from this dealer. Hema the office girl was very polite and welcoming. Carlos reimbursed me half of my hold deposit as I did not buy the car.
Answered my questions right away and I went to test drive a vehicle. I went in for one and came out with a different one but they were very patient and helped me every step of the way. Would recommend.

I went to see a particular car but someone had already put a deposit on it, so they worked with me to find a car that was within my budget and I think I ended up with an even better car than the one I went to see. They were very helpful and patient with me when I needed to figure out a financial plan.
