This is an amazing dealership. Friendly service and they will bend over backward to help you. Customer service is fantastic!! I have no complaints and I traveled over an hr one-way to do business w/ this dealership. What ever problems I had w/ my car they fixed promptly.
first I want to respond to Mr Angelo TR and say I went thru the same thing. I purchased a car from them in early janurary and went thru the same thing. I got all the hugs which I feel now are fake because they just wanted to sell. My issue still isnt resolved and I also got the sorry warranty that they make it sound like it covers anything wrong with the car until you get the the extended warranty, My issue isnt resolved I would not refer anyone to go to them unless they have a great mechanic that knows about cars.
