I have to admit I was very disappointed in the way they handled their operation. I bought a vehicle remotely. Checked it out as best I could when it was on the street. Found out there were $5,000 worth of damage that they did not disclose. They finally admitted after I went to amvic to deal with the situation because they did not disclose. Buyer beware is taken to entirely new meaning when buying a vehicle second hand. Two months ago I purchased a vehicle from Automaxx Red Deer. The vehicle was delivered to the city I live in and during transportation my Fin for my antenna was lost. No big deal. We will sort that out. I honestly had the most amazing experience with Automaxx Red Dear, the service is spectacular. I wasn’t stressed for even a second. The staff there is so knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The ladies I dealt with really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Amy even replied on her holidays. Delivery was right on schedule.vehicle arrived in prime condition.
