If I could give no stars I would. I got a SUV from them that was sold out from under me but then got a different one. I referred a friend that should have given me $500 referral. It has been 6 months and all they do is give excuses as to why they have no clue what happening. I call Alexis, Kevin and also leave messages just to have all ignored. When someone does get on phone they just push me off saying someone else will call me. Customer service and sticking to their policies or referrals are not a priority with them.

Nando was amazing to work with. He listened to what we wanted and found us a vehicle that fit our needs. He never tried selling us something that didn’t work for our family which other dealerships tried. He was honest and upfront through the whole process. He was quick to fix any minor issues that came up. I highly recommend working with Nando if your looking for a new vehicle
Mine is a bit of a different experience in that I live in Calgary and submitted an online app and received a call back from a sales rep in Red Deer. I needed a truck and they made me a really fair offer for my 2015 Acura TLX on trade. Crystyne was my rep and she was amazing! The office in Calgary where I picked up my truck had some communication problems but, where they lacked Crystyne and the Red Deer office more than made up for. Went from being a bad experience to a really good one. Thank you for your efforts Crystyne!
We got a vehicle from them. It was nice, but had hail damage. Took them a little bit to find one, but I kind of expected that. We also had a referral to them, and they told us that they would give $500 to the person that referred us. After signing the papers, we tried to set up for delivery. They said they were flexible with our schedule, but when we tried to get information on delivery, the seller no longer wanted to work with us because we were "harassing his staff."
