I had at first wrote a positive review a day after I had my car, but have been crickets since. Took 2 months to get my paper work, I asked a dozen times and was told "Will send right away!" ... nope. Asked again. And again. A lady eventually helped me. I assume they didnt send because I see that they charged an outrageous lien fee, which im now disputing, again, no response. Im so happy with my Automax experience. Amy in RedDeer was an absolute God send! She handle everything that, I didn't even know needed handling. Help me pick a car. Did all the financing work. Helped me get insurance and a new plate. 🤩 Thank you AMY! She does a great job at your job. I will definitely recommend her to anyone trying to get into a vehicle.
I was not happy with how long everything took, it was a grueling process and i almost gave up but Rylan worked really hard and didn't just get me approved for financing, he got me into something I wanted and at a much lower rate then expected. I am happy with my new truck and I am grateful for all the effort that was put into this deal.
