We got a vehicle from them. It was nice, but had hail damage. Took them a little bit to find one, but I kind of expected that. We also had a referral to them, and they told us that they would give $500 to the person that referred us. After signing the papers, we tried to set up for delivery. Do not recommend. Unprofessional, lacks empathy and communication. On May 15, we received a promotional call and text message from Brendan from Automaxx Red Deer offering $5,000 cashback, 3 months no payments, automatic approval, and payment reduction as part of an offer to upgrade or sell our current vehicle. After we expressed interest, Brendan followed up explaining that we were approved for financing, and although the RAV4 was recently purchased, Automaxx could apply funds from that deal to cover the first 8 payments on ... read more
