In March 2025, I bought a 2019 Ecosport from AutoMaxx in Windsor. I later learned there is a recall on this car for the engine oil pump belt and tensioner. I learned this from Ford of Canada Rep. Geneviere Tate, recall # 23s64. Why wasn't I informed of this from Automaxx, since it obviously affects the safety of my family? I personally know that there were many Ecosports sold by autoMaxx, and they are still selling them, so they should well know of the recall. In any transaction, whether it is done or not, I think we should not forget politeness and good behavior, but in my experience with this company, a gentleman spoke to me on the phone in a way that made me thank God that I had never met them face to face.
I haven’t bought a car in a very long time and a friend referred me to AutoMAXX where I met Jorge Camargo he made my experience shopping for a used car enjoyable and easy he was as very pleasant and knowledgeable and even the gentleman who helped me finance my vehicle was kind and very knowledgeable answering all my questions thanks for all your help I’m enjoying my new (used) car very much!!
