I truthfully had the best experience with them. I have been burned in the past from used car dealerships but I have absolutely no complaints with Automaxx. I fell in love with a Trailblazer they had, so I went to go test drive it and Alana greeted me right away, got me a set of keys and got to test drive a few different options. No complaints about the dealership end but the service side is horrible. I paid just under $2000 for extended warranty, the transmission failed and I was charged an additional $2400 for repairs, which is still not repaired properly. Won't be back and am warning new purchasers to look elsewhere.
