I debated posting this, but thought it could be important to share my experience. I had a poor experience applying for a car loan here. I felt like the finance advisor I interacted with was pretty dismissive due to my poor credit. The initial phone call felt kind of condescending, and at one point I felt like he was laughing at me. I had an excellent experience working with MJ at Automaxx. MJ was friendly, honest, and never pushy, which made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. He was easy to work with, took the time to answer all my questions, and genuinely had my best interests in mind. I truly appreciated his professionalism and transparency and would highly recommend MJ to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Cannot say enough good things about AutoMaxx! Shoutout to Chelsea and Alana for making the process of purchasing my new vehicle so enjoyable. I went in on Saturday, scoped out what I wanted, test drove it on Sunday and picked it up on Tuesday. Matt made the transfer of my old car & disposal of my old plates, plus the purchase of new plates so seamless, too! Professional, knowledgable, and beyond patient staff. Thank you! :)
