If you need a used car, I highly recommend Automax of Murfreesboro. I dealt with Jose and he could not have been more helpful, honest, and transparent about the process. We purchased a 2017 Volvo and the car seems to be as advertised. It was a fair price for what we purchased and feel like this could turn out to be the best used car purchase experience I’ve ever had. The words 'salesman' and 'kind' are rarely used in the same sentence, but that's exactly what Mr. Jose was. From the moment I walked onto the lot, Jose was patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel rushed. He walked me through every detail of the car — no fluff, no pressure, just straight answers. Buying a used car can feel like a gamble, but Jose made sure I left with confidence, not doubt. If you're in the market, go to Automax and ask for Jose. You won't regret it.

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was assured there were no issues. Not only two days later the check engine light appeared. Took the car to the dealership to find out that the radiator needed to be replaced. Currently am losing so much money over a car that was “perfectly fine.” Edit: Found out there were mods issues than the radiator that need to be fixed with the car. Contacted the dealership and they were unhelpful and rude. They sell lemon cars please do NOT buy from them.
