I got a vehicle from them that was doing good for a month. Then it kept shutting off while I was driving down the highway. Kept saying engine power reduced. The owner is only out to take money by selling unsafe cars. We bought my daughter a car in July and was told it was sent through an inspection so we trusted them. It’s been in the shop since the middle of December. The reputable auto repair shop sent us this list of issues and said it should have never been sold to anyone like this. It’s not safe to drive. If I could give 0 stars I would I had my vehicle since February of this year I’ve paid all my payments on time got receipts of every single payment I’ve made and I also have letters from when they was threatening me to turn off my vehicle but was still taking payments off my card and when I called them to talk to them when making a payment they never said anything about me being behind or taking my vehicle out of town I’ve called on multiple attempts to figure out why they cut my car off when all my payments where caught up ... read more
Let me start buy saying, my understanding is Car Choice and Auto Max are one in the same when buying a car. My daughter-n-law and I went to test drive a SUV that was at Auto Max in Jonesboro and I went back to Tn. to carry them a cashiers check to buy the SUV. Chad was told the tire light came on and to please check this out. Left and was coming back with the cashier check to pay.
