Customer service is awful, after purchasing car I called for 2.5 weeks trying to get paperwork for tags that they told me would be ready in few days. Calls unanswered I finally had to drive there and pick up papers and wait for them to finish them while I was there. Went to County Clerk office and paperwork incomplete and had to wait while they called dealer. Then it took a month to get extra key and again people never called when they said they would.
RecommendedMy husband and I purchased our first vehicle from them back in June, and our second vehicle today, we love the staff, they have a HUGE inventory with GREAT cars, easy approval/guaranteed approval, and they mainly sell NEWER cars with LOW miles! Go see Tabitha, Moss and their crew at Automax Chester County and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Stopped in to get the price of a SUV and was told it was 12-14k . They gave me a range?? When I searched on the website the car was listed in the 5k and under inventory.

The staff was prompt to fix an issue and make sure everything was exactly how we needed it to be! The staff is so knowledgeable about the cars that they have!
