5+ stars for Louis!! He was very helpful. Showed us how options work on the car. Made us feel very comfortable. Best of all, he mapped out a way for us to get back home to avoid highway construction.
This dealership is very misleading. We paid a down payment and signed a contract, but they refused to give us a copy, saying it would be emailed — it never was. Later they claimed financing didn’t go through and demanding the car back, while still refusing to release the paperwork we signed. Be cautious: always get your paperwork in hand before leaving, or you may regret it.

If you don't know, nothing about no cars, they would be the main ones to rip you off and try to play dumb when you get up there. I bought a car from them, but within 24 hours the check engine light came on. find out I needed a O2 sensor and a turbo. I went up there the next day they were trying to put me in something that they want me in, no thanks.
